Jimmy Seaborg's deep-rooted passion for construction blossomed in his youth, inspired by his brother-in-law's father, a skilled builder. This early exposure ignited his desire to create and work with his hands. After exploring different paths, including marketing, brewing and sales, Jimmy discovered his true calling in the construction industry, leading him to take the leap into the building science field, specializing in energy efficiency for residential applications. His role as an Analyst for Revise Energy and Next Step Living honed his understanding of building functionality and energy efficient homes.
With growing expertise, Jimmy embarked on personal DIY projects, transforming his own home. This hands-on experience deepened his understanding of construction and refined his craft.
Jimmy's success in DIY projects inspired his entry into real estate. Seizing off-market opportunities, he began his journey as a real estate investor five years ago, managing new construction and renovations with a trusted partner.
